Our four year old granddaughter attends Our Lady of Lourdes. Every time I have been able to visit, I have felt the staff's hearts, their warmth and welcome. Everyone there -- teachers, the custodian, the security guard, the cafeteria and administration staff -- greet the students and parents with smiles. The school building is bright and clean throughout. Students' artwork is displayed alongside cheery murals with positive messages that affirm the worth of each and every student. Our granddaughter has been happy making new friends, learning new skills and participating in the rich after-school programs. Thank you everyone at Our Lady of Lourdes for creating such a special educational experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL! The staff of teachers is one of the best (if not the best) in the area. The care and attention they give to my daughter by far exceed any of my expectations. And if that wasn’t enough, my daughter and their classmates out-perform any of the children in their age group. Beyond my happiness with the school is my daughter’s, which is most important. She cannot wait to leave for school every morning. I absolutely thrilled to have found an environment that is allowing our daughter to flourish and preparing her for her future education, while at that same time providing her an opportunity to have fun with the friends she has made. I look forward to watching her continued development as she continues her years at this school.
The best that West Harlem has to offer for PreK - 8 education!

My son has attended Our Lady of Lourdes (OLL) since Pre-K and I have never regretted nor found any reason to change. The school is small and the community is strong. Rigorous curriculum combined with a diverse student makeup gives him what he needs to thrive in today's world.

The character my son is building as a result of a parochial school is amazing. At the same time OLL lets him be his own person and carry his own thoughts. His awareness of societal issues is tremendous and supported.

The school pays attention and invests in educating the faculty, parents and student body about bullying and has a zero tolerance policy. Any issue that arises is caught early and handled fairly.

I can't say enough about OLL. If you are considering it you are on the right path and need to look no further. Feel free to PM me with any questions.
