The epitome of a Christian school. The friendly and lively environment is one to be around. The teachers show true love through their teachings and keeping stable and close relationships with the students, making them feel safer to ask any questions needed to ask. The students at the school play a huge role in how the school is presented to everyone else. The students shine through academics, sports, and friendships. The family environment is the school is prominent and one everyone should look for in a school. The sports aspect is amazing. Almost everyone does a sport, and the support from the students at games is lively and enjoyable. The parents are heavily involved in the school. They play a huge role in providing other activities for the students to also enjoy. The staff are kind and welcoming. They help with anything you need help with and will always find a way to make the best of the day. This school is an amazing place to be and shows the true characteristics of Christians.
I went to OCS for 13 years!! It was honestly so good for me. Not only were the academics great, but so were the sports. The teachers and coaches both cared for the students on and off of the campus. This made it so special to all of the students. Unlike most schools, the staff cared about our future. I still have teachers checking up on me! There isn’t much I would change about OCS. I love the teachers, coaches, and staff. I am so thankful for them because they prepare us for time and eternity.
My three sons started at OCS in preschool and have received excellent educations, with college prep courses and credits. The teachers and administrators really care for the students. Contrary to what some may think (because OCS has a superior sports program), my children did not play mainstream sports, yet were included, involved and fit in.
