Osceola Fundamental High School has been a straight 'A' school for several years. The academics programs are the best and so are the administration and staff. They have special elective programs such as business, culinary, and the arts. They have a variety of clubs and sports that perfect for everyone to join. The school is a little low on diversity. It is run by a majority of white students. The school is extremely active with getting parents involved with their child academic life, by attending monthly PTA meetings. The school encourages students to be college bound and give them plenty of resources needed to succeed.

Overall, Osceola is a good school, especially in comparison with other schools in the county. There are many teachers here who are great at what they do and have a clear passion for teaching. However, student concerns are brushed aside without much concern by administration often. The schools has little racial diversity and minority students have expressed that some students have made highly racist remarks with no repercussions by the administration. Arbitrary rules that hold little importance are highly enforced while no actions are taken against students who actually sexually harass, or show blatant racism. We have a good athletics department, with Cross Country and Soccer being some of the best in the county. Most arts programs are well run although don't receive good funding. There are a variety of clubs and after school activities to do. School Culture is average but has been growing in my time here.
I am currently a high school senior at Osceola Fundamental High School. I have gone here all four years of high school. Over all of my time here, I feel that the education has been excellent with the teachers being such as well. Since this school is a fundamental school, there is a major focus placed on academics and personal achievement. Additionally, I feel that this school has a safe atmosphere and administration takes issues and concerns seriously when they arise. Lastly, I feel that throughout my search for a college to attend next year, my school has done very well in helping me find scholarships, information about the schools, and making me feel prepared and able to excel throughout my college years.
