At Orrick the teachers are great. They are truly their for the students. The education at Orrick is strong in what is offered. However, we lack classes such as foreign language and world history classes. The work load all depends on the student. I have rarely had actual assigned homework, but have found it helpful to do some independent research. B
Th scheduling process is horrible! It is often been said that we can get forced into classes that the councilor wants not what we want. This applies to students wanting to take dual credit classes primarily; she may push us to take gym instead. Orrick also doesn't have an AP prom gram but we do have A+ and are accredited
The Orrick administration and the policies at Orrick high are very average. The only thing that is out of line with the administration is I feel that they pick on certain people and forget the others who still break the rules.
