A pretty open and well rounded place. Both the sports and the arts are appreciated. I like how there isn’t just one group of students that “rule the school.” There are people from drama, choir, band, the sport teams, chess club, academic clubs, service clubs, and math club, just to name a few, that were all a big part of student leadership. Both the student body and administration are friendly. I’ve never seen a school where the principals are such good friends with the students. We had an extremely supportive and encouraging staff when it came to finding guidance in making decisions on colleges, finding scholarships, and career choices. They were super welcoming. There was lots of school spirit and the student body was very supportive of eachother’s accomplishments. Definitely wouldn’t of wanted to spend my High school career anywhere else.

I love Orem High School! The teachers are all wonderful, not only as teachers, but as mentors and friends. They are very supportive of everyone's interests. Orem High hosts several student activities each month and I've enjoyed each of the activities I've attended. The students at Orem High are generally very kind and inclusive. I’ve enjoyed making friends through the numerous extracurricular activities Orem High offers. Orem High has wonderful programs for the performing arts, athletics, and music, just to name a few. I feel very privileged to have been able to enjoy the Orem High School experience.
I truly love my experience at Orem High School, the teachers are amazing and understand the students and the material they are teaching. Most teachers actually make school fun and a hands on experience. The only thing I would try to change would be to have Orem be a school with less standardized tests and busy work such as homework. Instead of those things Orem should focus more on the students and try to make it personalized for each class room setting because busy work isn't fun and tends to add stress to students busy life schedule.
