Welcoming environment. Good teachers. Plenty of electives. The master schedule is not particularly fit for Honors or AP students. There aren’t many options for high level classes. Athletics is competitive and encouraging to new and upcoming athletes. Teachers are encouraging and want to help their students succeed in their plans after high school, whether or not it is a four year university. After high school options are talked about openly and there are many resources to help guide students.

I am glad I transferred. I feel like I am at home when I am at school. I feel safe. Teachers, coaches and counselors have been very helpful throughout my school years at Orange HS. They are always available when needed. I am glad I was give the opportunity to be part of several clubs, activities and sports. My 2017-2018 football season was the best! We helped bring a championship trophy back to the school and for the first time a regional trophy. We also made it to state!
Orange High School is a great school, however, it is very close-minded school. It is great at helping you in your UC applications for transferring, the professors are very helpful and it has a lot of Pride on what they do. The only problem with the school it is very conservative in LGBTQ Rights and does not encourage any of their students to apply to community colleges. To me, every school should be accepting to all their students and sadly Orange High school fails to do this. They are doing great regarding their academic levels and school sprit, but it would be nice to show more diversity in the school.
