Orange Glen High School is a wonderful school! There might be rumors saying otherwise but from my experience all I could say is this school is like a second home. Not only is the campus nice, the teachers, the security and staff are all lovely people that only care about their students hopes, dreams and future! The teachers I had were always supportive and with them I became confident, gained leadership skills and opportunities to continue on to higher education. I never saw bullying or discrimination and as I remember students were always good towards each other. The only thing I would of liked this school to improve on is the cafeteria food and a more variety of visual arts classes offered to students.

Orange Glen is such a diverse school with many different opportunities for students. My high school experience went through many different phases but one thing is for sure, Orange Glen always had a place for me. No matter what your interests are, we have a class, club, sport, or an after school program for them. Our own printing and graphics teacher designed and painted our new mural with the help of students over the summer. This project paints new culture and color on our campus which makes, every individual who steps foot on campus, feel welcomed. The new mural has also taught other teachers that their involvement is greatly appreciated by all of our students because it makes a difference. The students on campus have PRIDE, Personal Responsibility In Developing Excellence, both academically and within school spirit. Our securities even go out of their way to hold positive messages on paper to help greet students and parents in the mornings.
I still go to Orange Glen High School, and I am bound for graduation this year. I have found this school, over the past four years, to be quite exceptional and overall a good school. If I were to sum up the best part of Orange Glen, it would be its academics. They are a school for those who choose to pursue higher education, and provide a great learning environment for pupils that attend. My solitary issue with the school is the lack of funding for certain programs that would greatly benefit the students. Overall, I would highly recommend this school to those considering to transfer or coming in from middle school.
