Old Mill High school provides a safe and interactive learning environment for its students. The activities in classes allow students to be more engaged in their learning while having fun. Old Mill High school takes every opportunity to further prepare students for college. I would like to see the resources available in the school to be improved as well as the teaching styles. Some teachers teach in a manner that can be seen as confusing towards a child and, often times, not interactive which can cause a wide amount of inattentiveness and frustration in classes.

The thing I like most about attending Old Mill High School is the preparation we receive for college. The courses offered are rigorous and introduce us to what the college life will be like. The teachers and staff are very helpful. The food served is good as well. There are a variety of clubs offered, all of which have great participation and are for the most part organized and productive. There is a great amount of diversity here as we have students from almost every race. Everyone seems to get a long well and there aren't many physical altercations, and when there are, the faculty breaks it up quickly. The only thing I would like to see change is maybe having more classes offered. Overall, I enjoyed attending Old Mill High for the past four years.
Old Mil High School is one that is very big, but yet very close together. Everyone at Old Mill are like one big family. Everyone knows each other, but doesn't always get along sometimes. One thing I would like to see change is an upgrade of the whole school. Most of our walls are temporary walls and do not even touch the ceiling so you can here all the classes around you. Also the bathrooms are falling apart for example: there are no doors on most of the stalls.
