They are such a great school! This is my first year... and I love it. I came from a terrible experience with another online school and at first, I was skeptical, but it's one of the best decisions. I have gotten so many opportunities, and the resources and support is absolutely stunning. Just in the year that I've attended (my sophomore year), I've enrolled into the CCP program and am currently working on finishing my associates degree before I graduate. I am so happy that my family decided to choose OHVA! Hands down, it was the greatest decision that could have been made at the time it was made for my education. The teachers are honestly the best I've ever had also. They take time and you can tell that they genuinely care about their students education. Regardless of it being an online school, there are still so many social opportunities. Also, the academics are great and the curriculum is amazing.

Overall, I feel that I have received a high quality education from OHVA. It is an online charter school, thus I rated the sports, food, and facilities categories as 1 star since they did not apply to OHVA. At OHVA, I received extensive education in mathematics, science, history, and even general life skills such as personal finance. Not only that, I loved how enthusiastic the teachers were about learning, one could tell that they were passionate about their jobs! Ultimately, the one thing that I would change about OHVA is more materials on music and arts, as I felt that I received a poor amount of education in this area from OHVA.
I attended this school from kindergarten, to 12th grade and I enjoyed it fairly well. It was nice attending an online school because I could take my schooling with me anywhere I went. They were also good with helping students be social while attending an online school! They held school dances, events, and trips every year for students. One thing I disliked was that OHVA says that they are known for being very flexible with homework schedules, but I always found them to be rushed and sort of pushy when it came to homework, I often felt like I didn't have enough time to focus on one subject before we moved on to the next one.
