O'Gorman High School is a three-time Blue Ribbon school recipient, most recently awarded this prestigious honor in 2014, and 8 time Catholic Education Honor Roll School of Excellence. I couldn't be any prouder than to have been an alum of this school, it has shown me many things and taught me how to prepare for the years ahead. I would not hesitate sending my children here.

I thought O'Gorman did the best job imaginable to prepare me for the higher level courses of college! The support from the teachers is incredible and I attribute much of my success to the work the staff puts into this program.
If you're going to choose this school, do it for the academics. O'Gorman should be considered a prep school because most every class you take is "getting you ready for college."

Aside from the academics, the social world at this school can be frustrating. Quite a few groups are stuck-up, spoiled, and very close-minded. There are lots of conservative families that send their kids here, so it stands to reason that there are a lot of conservative ideas floating around. This can really be frustrating if you tend to be more open-minded and left, but it's arguably worth it for the amazing academics.
