I love the environment here. It's a small, rather unknown school, meaning there are less people to talk to and has fewer opportunities than a larger school would have. But I like having that because it forces me to come out of my shy shell and communicate with people more. And because I have to talk to more people in a smaller space, connections with others become much easier to make and become much more special. I get to see people for who they really are, and I can't get lost in the crowd if the crowd isn't that huge to begin with.

The schoolwork is good too, teaching us with the IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum. It gives students more vigorous classes and more homework, however that hard work can be translated into future college credits for colleges all around the world if said students do well enough on the IB exams. It can be a long struggle, but it's worth it if it means saving money for college and passing through college courses well before getting into college.

I like that Ogden’s population was diverse, like kids from all over the world come to school. I like that the teachers are heavily involved and interested in the goals and dreams of the students . Teachers put in time outside of school to make sure that there students are in the right path. They provide many resources such as college information, volunteering organizations, and so much more . I’m getting lot of help from my teachers and counselors in preparation for college whether its scholarships, getting matche$ with the right school, and recommendations . Ogden has been a wonderful experience in learning about myself and others around me .
Ogden International, before I graduated in 2016, constantly was on the news for corruption in our administration, we had about 4 principles throughout my 4 years there. The food was terrible, and was given in very small portions, even when the school was aware that some students were not receiving food or nourishment at home. The teachers showed a lot of interest in caring for the students and helping them succeed, even if the students didn't want it. Being a part of the International Baccalaureate program (IB) my classes were extremely challenging and helpful towards college, but others who were not granted access into the program said that their classes were a waste of time.
