Ocean View Christian Academy is by far the most important investment that we could have made into the lives of our children! The school was a second home to our family, with all of our children attending kindergarten through 12th grade. During this time they were well equipped for future success in the colleges of their choice, current vocations, and to become responsible citizens.
OVCA is a big part of the reason our children are a positive influence in this crazy world! We highly recommend the financial sacrifice because it is paying back dividends beyond what we could have ever imagined.

The school is overall a good experience. However, there is a lack of janitorial services, causing some places to be uncared for. It really isn't the janitors' fault, but the campus is too large for them. Some places are pretty unsafe, like some holes in the fence in the football field that can fit a person, or open wires on one of the sandboxes above that.

Some good things are that the staff genuinely seem like they like their jobs and connect really well with each other. It does a really good job at general education as the textbooks have pretty reliable sources, although a bit dated. They also keep a pretty good eye on students, with cameras spread out across the campus.

Overall, it's a pretty good school and will do good job at teaching students academic needs to further pursue in their educational journey.
I loved my high school! The family atmosphere was truly everywhere and you knew there would always be people there who cared about you, An overall amazing place to grow up.
