Terrible school. Statistically, it is one of the worst schools in Nevada. Not a safe place at all. Students as well as teachers are extremely disrespectful. The school promotes the use of tobacco among students with the "smokers' corner" over in the parking lot. Teachers are not willing to help a struggling student. As long as they get paid, they really could care less. Bullying is also a huge problem at this school, and not just with the students. Teachers have also been guilty of bullying students. I know a parent who was getting ready to file a lawsuit against the school because of the Geometry teacher as well as a physical education teacher. Numerous amounts of complaints have been brought up about sexual harassment by a couple of teachers, as well as teachers sleeping with their students. Definitely not an environment I would ever want my child being in.
The teachers here are absolutely absurd. Quite frankly, the whole school system is absurd though. The staff and faculty members could really care less about the education of their students. It's all about the paycheck for them, which is incredibly sad. There was really only a couple of teachers in that entire school that would actually go out of their way to help a struggling student, one of which would only go so far to help. Statistically, it is one of the worst high schools in Nevada.
