NRMPS Early College High School Reviews
Rating 3.61 out of 5 67 reviews
What I like about NRMPS Early College High School is the many opportunity this school offers. This school allows us to take high school and college classes, which helps contribute to our time management skills. Another thing I love about this school is how the teachers interact with every student. Since the class sizes are small, teachers are able to bond with each student. Since we are located on a college campus, we receive the "college experience", which prepares us for the university experience. The one thing I would change about this school is the accessibility to sports. We don't have sports on our campus, we have to travel to different schools to play. Overall, this school is amazing!
The staff at NRMPS Early College High School genially care about the students, both academically and personally. Students are able to obtain experience of college life while on campus along with taking rigor courses. Additionally, students learn valuable skills necessary to excel when transferring to a four-year university and in their personal lives. An aspect the early college could improve upon further is fundraiser activities to boost school morality as well as involvement.
The school itself is pretty good this year the new principal Mr. Mcgeachy is amazing. Although our school does not have many "fun" activities, we don't have a sports team, no band or anything like that. The school is diverse but still racism is a definite issue here also as a female it's a little hard to feel safe considering sexual harassment and alleged rapes pop up every year. The school provides great opportunities but the students need a good talking to about common respect for all races and how racism is not something that should be normalized and seen as "jokes".
