As parents of a prospective child in middle school, be aware that:
- Class size is large. Our child's class had ~ 30 students, impacting the level of individual attention that we had expected.
- Choice of electives is VERY limited.
- Extra-curricular activities and clubs, except sports and those sponsored by the Church, are non-existent.
- Teacher turnover is high.
There are also many aspects of the school which were appreciated:
- Our child's teachers were very competent and kind - always available to discuss our child's progress and provide support.
- There is a focus on biblical teachings and how they can be applied to daily life. Whether through classroom discussions or weekly lessons in Chapel, students were given continual positive reinforcement. Much emphasis is made on developing Christian values.
Overall, it has the basis to be a very good school if the Administration can more effectively manage the limited resources.

Our children received (are receiving) an excellent college preparatory education in a robust and diverse Christian setting. Our two in college graduated from Novi Christian in 2017 (attended since preschool) and scored a 33 Composite and 32 Composite on the ACT. They both recieved the maximum scholarship available at their respective colleges. All three of our children participate(d) in athletics each season and fine arts, for a well-rounded awesome experience! The Christian mentoring from faculty and older students is invaluable and support our students' development into fine Chist-following adults.
I was new to NCA but I feel so welcome now, it was easy to make friends, the counselor helped with any drama and they were easy to talk to. The teaches are cheerful, fun and happy, the sports are fun and they create good friendships. The weekly chapel every Wednesday has guest speakers monthly or weekly and overall is good environment!
