Notre Dame Regional School Reviews
The school was very small. It was one hallway with seven classrooms. The gym was not only the gym but the cafeteria and auditorium. The heating was so bad that students were permitted to wear their jackets during the winter. The library was an old building next to the school that was very run down. Outside there was an open field that the kids could play in during recess. Other than that, there was a basketball hoop in the parking lot that they could play with also. However, they did put in a softball field in their final years of being open.
The principal was very strict and not very kid friendly. She emphasized things such as a firm hand shake, the uniforms, and school appropriate behavior more than she emphasized religion or academics.
The classes were too small for any diversity, and the entire class was on the same schedule. There was only an advanced math class, everyone else was required to take the same classes all day every day of the week. It was tiresome and hard for rowdy kids.
