I think ND is perfect in terms of preparing your child for college and/or university. The academics are challenging enough to provide a learning experience, but are not so difficult where the student feels he or she is out of place. I think the faculty are wonderful and help the students a lot, whether it be a shoulder to lean on or college advice, homework help, etc. Religion is fairly integrated in the school, so if you're searching for a Catholic school to send your child to, this is the place. I've had a great high school experience, and my senior year is bittersweet.

All-in-all, my experience has been amazing at Notre Dame these past 4 years. I really like how the whole school is one big family and how the teachers really help us and will use their precious free time after school to help the students understand the subject. There is only one thing I would change and that’s the politics in athletics, like I want it to be who is better gets to play and not whoever has a lot of money.
I love ND because there are lots of opportunities at the school and the education you get here opens up more opportunities after graduation. Most of the teachers here are excellent and provide the students with the best education. There are lots of dual credit options for upperclassmen. The education at ND definitely prepares each student for life beyond high school.
