Notre Dame Belmont is turning into a circus with the way this administration runs the school. They clearly do not care about their students, and only want to keep a clean facade of how people on the outside think this school is run. The teachers are constantly changing, with little respect into how the students feel. In fact, when the students have anything to say, they are ignored and the administration hopes it is swept under the rug. The sports program is clearly negligent to any team that is not bringing home a banner every year. The school is not even up to code and will refuse to build anything due to the fact that asbestos is in the wall, and they do not have the funds to keep up with the prices! If a student has an injury, they are forced to stay on the first floor, causing their grades to suffer. Not to mention the incoming classes have so many social problems that girls want to transfer out before the semester has even finished. Girls, do not go here.
Notre Dame provides you with many opportunities to get involved in the community and to succeed. The teachers, for the most part, are supportive and understanding; sometimes the work can be a lot. As a senior reflecting over the past four years I accomplished a lot of things, was very involved in and outside of the community, and created bonds with many great people. The amount of spirit at this school is very uplifting and there is a balance between work and fun from rallies to Aquacades and powderpuff. Overall a good community to be apart of.
I loved attending Notre Dame! They have a great staff, beautiful campus and welcoming environment. Although the study body is not that diverse, they are very welcoming to everyone.
