Notre Dame Academy is an outstanding school. The IB curriculum and the teachers are outstanding, with several having their doctorates and years of college teaching experience. My husband and I love the small class sizes, the uniform dress code, religious education and the fact that everyone knows their name. My son will say he loves it for the sports -- he's a senior on the varsity football team and runs track in the spring. My daughter is a new freshman and she's already made many friends, and plans to join the cheerleading squad next year and maybe get involved with the school play. This is a special place.

Notre Dame Academy has been a blessing to our family. We have two children and have been at the school for five years, and while the school has had some recent changes in the past two years, the result of the changes has been great for our children and many other children at the school. It’s a very exciting time to be at the school, and we are excited to be a part of this journey in the years ahead! If you are looking for a school in a Catholic setting, with a smaller school environment, and a top notch academic curriculum, you should take a deeper look at this school!
Notre Dame Academy is excellent with regards to its education, which of course is the most important quality of a school. The teachers are helpful and engaging, and the assignments are challenging, but not impossibly so. Additionally, the food provided at lunch is quite satisfactory (with very few exceptions). However, the school has several shortcomings. Several students regularly break nearly every rule in the school handbook with little (if any) consequence. The guidance counselor, though well-meaning, is frequently unaware of what occurs at school, and at times is ineffective with regards to providing help and settling issues regarding tests. Additionally, early every position, award, and opportunity is given to the same two students.
