I got accepted into Leadership Center for Sciences and Engineering program (LCSE) at Norview and have attended for all four years since 2016. The teachers and staff members surely create an environment that helps the student understand the value of community and feel adequately supported to invest into their studies. The counselors do exceptional jobs to connect the students to resources for keeping up their grades, ensuring mental health and preparing for college. There are various extracurriculars available for students to diversify their portfolio including sports, competitive clubs, music practices/performances, and even clubs to help students be more in tuned with their spirituality, mental health or feel more comfortable with expressing themselves. Teachers are extremely willing to assist any student align with their potential by staying back or answering any questions to encourage better understanding. Families and great memories are made here in this Pilot

Norview High School is a decent school at most for what it is. It does have good programs like NJROTC which takes up a lot of space in the school atmosphere. Plenty of sports to play as well from football and basketball to some smaller ones like field hockey and the swim team. Aside from that the teachers here are generally all good and try to help students to the best of their ability. Although there are some teachers that may be a little extra on their rules it is still all for the benefit of the students. However the same cannot be said for the students. Although there are still good students who go to class on time and do the work given, a good portion of the students are constantly tardy, come to school high or smoke in the bathrooms, and some even fight constantly as well. Aside from that small issue as long as you can steer clear from those groups Norview is a pretty good school that teaches you new things and prepares you for your future.
My experience at Norview was rather enjoyable along with the intense studies. Yes the work was hard at times but it was worth it in the end. The faculty and staff were a pleasure to have as resources if I ever need assistance and Norview always found a way to have rewards for great academic achievement. Not everything was perfect because at the end of the day, they were human but they did a wonderful job and maintaining greatness academically and in extra-curricular activities!
