Northrop is amazing. The teachers are so nice and helpful, the students are nice and funny, and I feel like I couldn't be getting a better education at any other high school in Fort Wayne. There are so many opportunities, like the Intro to Engineering and Design class which is allowing me to get a head start on my college education. I am earning 3 college credits as a freshman! Also, there are a ton of ways to get involved. Northrop is a excellent school, but for some reason it has a bad reputation and doesn't get the respect it deserves. A lot of people think it is rough and think that there is a bullying issue, but I have not experienced this at all. If you are looking for a great high school to send your kid(s) to, this is definitely the most excellent high school in the greater Fort Wayne area.

I appreciate the teachers tat Northrop very much. Many are determined to impact students positively. Northrop has also finished school renovation that will enhance students' learning opportunities greatly. The new facilities available make use of modern technologies that help students understand more facets of learning. I find Northrop to be an academically supportive place to be. The atmosphere is safe and welcoming; the teachers are warm and sympathetic. Northrop High School truly brings the best out of its students.
I love Northrop because there are so many opportunities to get involved. Many different clubs, sports, and activities are available so every student has a place to fit in. There is a great amount of diversity. Most of the teachers are very nice and the administration is willing to help. I recommend it 100%!
