Northridge Preparatory School is the best place to challenge yourself academically while also strengthening your faith. What makes Northridge unique is that an all-male faculty teaches the all-male student population, which creates a lively and amiable environment. The strong comradery makes the school day fly by. There is never a day where I leave the building feeling happy. The teachers not only encourage me to be academically sound, but also to be a man of intellect who loves God. The advising program is unparalleled. My advisor taught me about giving thanks for every accomplishment and dedicating certain tasks throughout my day to someone I love. Northridge Prep has taught me how to succeed in college, to be the prominent male figure in the family nucleus, and to be an ambassador of Jesus' teachings. I would, without a doubt, implore every single young man in America to attend Northridge Prep if he could.
Northridge was a once in a lifetime experience for me. I walked in the halls as a young boy not knowing what to expect and came out as a man. That includes knowing my goals in life, learning my faith, as well as having opportunities set up for a well rounded future. The basketball program was something that will always have a spot in my heart. The brotherhood between past, former, and future players isn’t even describable. Coach Rey helped me in so many ways on and off the court. I’m now a basketball manager at the University of Louisville, a Division 1 school! I often find myself reminiscing about walking the halls, catching up with my classmates, and talking as well as getting mentored my the excellent faculty and staff. Northridge is something that is truly special, I would go back in a heartbeat.

This school prepared me for life, not just college. The Athletics program, led by former Loyola University Basketball Coach Will Rey is top notch and prepared me to take my sport to the college level and achieve a scholarship for athletics. The theater programs is so good with such great manly productions of famous shows...they always sell out. The character formation is first class and I remain a practicing catholic to this day because of Northridge. Finally, my best man and three of my groomsmen were Northridge grads, I grab beers with the teachers all the time..... the relationships are real, authentic, and FOR LIFE!
I live on the North Shore with some of the top schools in the country, but there is no doubt in my mind that my son will be headed to Northridge one day.
