Mostly great teachers, great environment, and great foreign language programs. I'm a student in Spanish immersion and love all of the resources that have supported me, inspiring me to continue Spanish even through college. Most of the teachers are really supportive and reach out to students outside of class hours. There is a decent variety of classes to take, and we partner with KCTC to offer hundreds more so that students can explore their career options. We have challenging classes for those interested in completing college-level courses, including Advanced Placement classes in math, science, language arts, and history. Most teachers do a great job of getting students to apply what we've learned instead of transcribing memorized information onto tests. I feel pretty ready for college, and am confident my teachers have pushed me to achieve the most I could possibly achieve in high school.

Forest Hills Northern High School has taught me so much. The school's diversity, opportunities, teachers, peers, counselors, sports, and extracurriculars all helped me have the rich high school experience my parents wanted for me. I joined Volunteer Club, took AP tests, got into the National Honors Society, and made the Varsity Crew team. I attended football and basketball games, and genuinely enjoyed most of my classes. I couldn't imagine a better high school experience, to be honest.
There are so many clubs and sports offered to all students. There truly are different clubs and classes for everyone to participate in and enjoy. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am proud to be a husky!
