Despite only attending for one year, I’ve been in the district for two high school years and 4 elementary school years. I really like the dual credit program they offer through the Manuel Career and Vocational Technology Center. Also the counselors here are really helpful and truly care about their students. They have really good after school tutoring programs and other activities. The athletics here are incredible and probably what Northeast is most known for. The school also has some really influential alumni. One thing I do have to say is I wish there were more academic choices classes-wise.

During my time in Northeast High school, there are many thing that I grew to like about the school. I like that they have teacher that care about their student. They would always encourage the student to make good decision. My teacher always ask me how I was doing each day and when I need help I know that they are always their. Despite the good thing that I like about Northeast, there are something that I would like to change about the school. I didn’t like the strict rule that the administrator set for the student. One rule is that your not allow to use your phone during lunch time. Not using your phone in the class seem reasonable to me but not using it during lunch doesn’t. In conclusion, I like Northeast Hight school because they have nice teacher and one thing that I don’t like about it is their phone policy.
I started attendepending Northeast High Scchool second semester of my sophomore year. Ive never attendented a inner city school, yet alone a high school. It was very different then what I had been use to. I quickly became friends with people I could relate more to, in and out of school. They culture diversity is great and I like how they embrace that here.
