North Star is a great school! The material being taught isn't perfect, but its better than a lot of other schools, as it offers more of a challenge and sometimes we are being taught in interesting and engaging ways. The school isn't especially diverse, nor are all the teachers very good (most of them are, but some aren't very fair or nice). There is lots of parent involvement, and the principle and most of the staff is very nice. I have a gluten allergy, and the people working at the cafeteria make special (delicious) meals, which is very nice of them. Overall, this school is great!

I loved it! I really like the way that teachers integrate fun into the curriculum. Also, I have a lot of fun with everything. I enjoy the way that there is a lot of hard work. At my old school, I wasn't challenged and everything came really easy. I also didn't have a lot of friends. When I got to NSA, I was suddenly able to grow because I was being challenged. Without the struggle, success is worthless. I love all the teachers and the facilities, too. I really appreciate that NSA taught me to grow and challenge myself.
I attended NSA for 6 years of my education and the bullying at this school is horrible! There shouldn't be such a high grade for diversity because honestly it's trash! Everyone is so mean, and it is crazy hard to make friends. Academically, the learning process is not fun and it is 100% classwork and homework overload.
