NRCA is the one school in Tuscaloosa County where the “C” actually stands for Christian - from the Superintendent to the School Board members to the Administrators to the Teachers to the Staff. The kids learn what they need mentally, physically, and most importantly spiritually.
I've gone here for the majority of my life, and it used to be pretty good. However, it has gone downhill in the last five or so years. The administration isn't the best. A few teachers are amazing, but the rest are not so great. I have had a great time there, but I just wish discipline would change. For example, certain people could get away with murder while others get yelled at for simply being there. Of course, that is a slight exaggeration, but I am just trying to get my point across.
This school has been the best school for my awkward child. He has always felt accepted and made great friends. The leadership and teachers always make him feel welcomed and accepted. The smaller class sizes are great for learning.
