I feel as though this school may have not prepared me successfully for college, but the experiences I have from high school have prepared me for life and the real world, due to the extensive amount of different cultures and people at the school.
I loved North Little Rock High School. I grew up going to schools in the district and made the best connections with teachers and students. I will say it is a big school so you do not really get one on one time and i struggled with that a little bit, but the teachers do put in an effort.
You want to enjoy every second of your senior year at North Little Rock High School and not take it for granted. I made it a point to get involved in as many groups and the student government as I could while I was a student. I was certain to participate in all I was able to participate in. At my school, I participated in Student Council, the National Honors Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and around five social organizations. I participated in three sports for my school. You should strive to be a highly well-rounded person while in high school since it will help you in the long run.
