North Fort Myers High School is an amazing place for prospective students to plan a future for college and beyond; in fact, students can discover their dreams with the enormous amount of opportunities offered for community service, clubs, sports, arts, media, and the AICE program. They also offer AP courses too! The student body is full of aspiring people who understand how to act like mature adults. The teachers provide enough resources for students to achieve successful grades and to help them with areas they have difficulty in. The school counselors are to most helpful people to go to with stressful situations related to academics, scholarships, SAT/ACT, peers, etc.

North Fort Myers High School is a place where a lot of different kinds of people get together. There's almost no difference between anyone and the teachers and students are very inclusive. It's also a place where a lot of pride and school spirit is shown. Teachers and facility tend to promote a lot creativity from their students and are all pretty laid back. Overall, I would say that North is the best school I have gone too. There are rarely any fights and bullying so it's a particularly safe environment. Even on my first day I was immediately comfortable and felt included in everything. For the first day, a lot of the teachers do this thing where you write a letter to your senior self and read it later on. It's a really good choice in my opinion!
While I have only been at North Fort Myers High School for only one semester I can confidently say my switch has been the best decision for me! The school has a very diverse student body and it was not hard for me to find friends even with such a large campus. While I do not have the talents as some of my peers in the arts programs I can say that this school has some of the best programs in the county or even in the state. The most appealing thing for me is the many educational opportunities offered at the school. With AICE, dual enrollment, and AP all offered on campus, it has provided me with many opportunities to succeed and gain college credit for my future. The only downfall would be that it is an older school so some facilities are aged from wear and tear over the years the school has been opened. This school has something to offer for everyone who attends whether it is sports, arts, or academics. Students can and will find things to like at North Fort Myers High School.
