I daughter has been at NC for 3 years and is doing great academically and socially! She loves the small class size, the ability to take Honors and AP a classes to challenge herself and the opportunity to play a sport. I also like that the teachers know her and me personally and make themselves available even after school. They also support the Catholic faith.
North Catholic has provided me with a great high school experience. The environment is very uplifting and the majority of students are very nice. There are many AP courses offered and no matter what class you are in, the teachers are very helpful. Throughout my time at North, I've never had a teacher who did not want the best for their students and want their students to learn. For example, if you are struggling in a class, the teachers here will make time to meet with you individually and have always been willing to help out. The athletics are also very good, especially the girls volleyball, soccer, basketball, and boys football and basketball in particular. The reason I give North 4/5 stars is because the dress code has become quite irritating. There are so many complaints about dress code and in particular it makes many female students upset and uncomfortable when they are written up for their skirt being a half an inch too short...Overall, North is a great school, I am glad I went
North Catholic is very welcoming. You feel like you are apart of the school right away. People are friendly and outgoing toward anyone that is new! The teachers help you get involved right away and make sure you are connecting with other students in the school. The academics part of the school stands out more than anything else. The teachers and staff make sure you are understanding everything and are always there for extra help if you need it. They put their jobs before anything else and are very dedicated to what they do. The sports at North Catholic are outstanding as well. Every sport makes sure that your grades come first and that you are being successful both in and out of school. Every sports team cares about you as a person, not just an athlete! All of our coaching staff really cares about their players and wants them to succeed in life overall.
