Great fine arts department with collaboration with Juilliard! Love that the students get to experience master classes in music, dance and art. Would like to see more opportunities for students in the arts out in the community. Great private instructors where music students can take private lessons after school. Love that dance classes are offered during the school day and can be used as PE requirement. Each day a different type of dance class offered. The school offers both academic and fine arts scholarships!

The crucial test to their great use of technology was greatly helpful to convert to virtual learning during COVID19. My daughters always have full access to their teachers and staff. The workload in middle school starts to get heavy, but ideal with a great degree of inspiration for college preparation. The class size was one of the biggest reasons we chose this school. International students in the residential program add a layer of collective world culture. The base of families is diverse and we’ve liked everyone. They do everything possible to help encourage academic growth. They are helping me raise two independent, good world citizens and confident young ladies. Our family loves NBPS.
My daughter has been attending the Lower School at North Broward Prep for 6 years. We could not be happier with the caring faculty and top notch curriculum and enrichment activities. Her involvement in the Lower School robotics program has been especially important to her. She has had the opportunity to learn the intricacies of programming and teamwork through the Wonder League and First Lego League programs. She has also learned about electronics and engineering through her participation in the solar car competition. In addition to STEAM opportunities, her core classes were enhanced by very positive Mandarin, art, and band experiences. NBPS really does have it all!
