It's a pretty good school with Teachers that are willing to work with you as well as lots of opportunities for all sorts of categories, whether it be in terms of sports, extracurriculars, or improving your grade. My personal experience has been good in terms of the way they handle things as well as the interaction i've had with a majority of the teachers i've met. Its graduation coaches and Grade Year Counsellors are good at reaching out as well providing information and resources to help with preparing for preparing for college as well as for tests such as the PSAT and SAT. It's also very in touch with the student community with announcements and events such as Spirit Week. I'd say the school is probably the weakest in terms of Academics some times? It's more so an issue with certain teachers taking some time to put in grades which would frustrate some students, but it's more of a very small percentage of teachers. Overall, it's been a pretty great experience!
In terms of public schools, yes. North Atlanta is one of the best in its school district. The academics are satisfactory, and there are many teachers that have the best interests in mind for their students. However...
The North Atlanta High School administration has done away with the AP program, replacing it with the IB program. As opposed to giving students two options for their education in their junior and senior years, North Atlanta decided to take away that option. I would like to see more options for students to participate in the AP program in the future.

Paying attention, following instructions, and listening are some of the most important skills we will need to get through life. The world would be in complete chaos if no one ever followed instructions. This is why rules and laws are made, so our world can run smoothly and become a better place. The same principles apply to the classroom and school. In order for the classroom to be a good learning environment it has to have organization. Teachers have to have simple classroom rules in order to achieve this. Our education is a very important aspect in our lives. In order to have a good job and make a living an education is needed.
