North Allegheny is a great school for anybody. I love how they have so many different clubs to join, for example, they have frisbee club, model club..etc. There is so much stuff to choose from! Also, at North Allegheny, sports and athletic, are really big here. Our football team has 2 state champions, since I have been here. My cousins go to North Hills (our enemies school) and they are always so jealous because we always beat them in football. Overall, North Allegheny is a great place to attend, we are dominate in all areas from academic, clubs to sports. LET'S GO TIGERS!
Review North Allegheny High School
The best aspect of North Allegheny are the teachers. They are extremely knowledgeable about their respective subjects and most are overqualified. However, they are very down to earth and are willing to help students in any way. Because of the big class size, there is someone for anyone and it is very easy to find people with similar interests as yours. Definitely the best school in the world!
Overall, it was a great experience. I believe I will leave with the knowledge needed for success in my future endeavors. I was fortunate enough to receive many teachers who cared about my success and genuinely wanted to teach and see their students succeed. In addition, North Allegheny does a fantastic job of fundraising. We collect money to bring clean water to underdeveloped countries.
We do the same for children with disabilities through our Tiger Thon foundation which raised $33,402.18 this year. If I could change something about North Allegheny, it would be to let go of certain teachers. As stated previously, I was mostly very fortunate in my teacher selection throughout my four years, but there were a few along the way I would have liked to not have. If every teacher sincerely enjoyed his/her job and taught for the sole purpose of educating young adults for future success, I think it would create a better environment for everyone.
