Graduated from here and now have a daughter attending school here. Great school district, especially in comparison to the failing neighboring districts in the rest of the county.

They are doing a very good job bringing in young, driven teachers. They still need to find 1 or 2 more and then it will be a top notch school.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Nokomis High School. The teachers wanted every student to succeed, and I believe that every student is given the opportunity to succeed. The students body was very supportive of each other in many activities such as football games, basketball games, homecoming week, and many others. Even though my high school was very small, I would not have wanted to attend high school anywhere else. From the teachers, to the students, to the faculty, to the parents, I wouldn't trade my high school experience for the world.
