In New Mexico School for the Deaf, they provided different extracurriulars. There are variety of clubs such as Hispanic, America Indian, Student Body of Government, and Classes of 20__. They provided many different open events such as feast of eyes, school play, pageant, Winter Show, and Jr. NAD. Often the school would offer half money for different kinds of education and sports camp during summer to keep them stay learning through the summer. The school have small number of kids, therefore only total three sports for high school. Volleyball, Basketball, and Football are open to all kids. They can play, and there is no any tryout at all! Middle School have exactly same attend to those sports. While Elementary have several more sports such as soccer, flag football, rugby, and peewee basketball. Those kids who dont want to participle any sports, then they are also provided after school activites by going to hiking, swimming, arts, crafts, and many other activites. Often, when students passed new propsed of different things will always going though to Administration. They are often provided good reason to support or declined it. The school is often provide carnival and field trip right before school completed. NMSD is great with involved technology and visual materials for deaf students even me. We hosted one big event of basketball tournament called Roadrunner Classic to invited other three deaf schools from two different states. NMSD is really involvment with kids, teachers, parents, and other matter to help and improve for better as always.

The school is an amazing for deaf students like me. It is small school, but I felt like it is my second home with second families. I involved lot of sports and activities. Also, many good teachers would be there for students. If I have to make choice to pick my school or other school, I would pick my school. Deaf students would love to go there!
