I only got to spend my eighth grade year at Nick Kerr Middle School, but I adored and respected every one of my teachers and administrators. They were helpful and were always very willing to answer any and all questions that I ever had. Majority of my teachers used repetition over topics that they viewed as important for us to learn or remember- they would go about with their daily lessons, but continuously question us over key points we had learned the previous day, week, or month. All of my teachers were direct and to the point- they didn't waste time in side stories that weren't important or helpful to the lesson we were learning. I loved the time that I spent at this school and I feel like I learned a lot coming out of it.

I think one of my favorite things about this school had to be the faculty and staff. I can't stress enough how much I loved my teachers- they were so considerate and so helpful with my knowledge and education while I was there. And the coaches there are amazing- they went above and beyond my expectations, and I built some great and supportive relationships with them. They never hesitate to go one on one with any student that is struggling and wanting to get better. I would choose to attend this school again in a heartbeat, every time offered.
I myself was mostly involved in the athletic programs after school, not really any of the other ones. But some of my friends were, and I heard all good things- many of the academic after school activities were helpful for work even in the classroom; some of my friends were in National Junior Honors Society (NJHS) and they loved their teachers and many enjoyed the community work that they got to participate in.
