As a student at Oresko you enter under as either a child living in the area or in an accelerated section under your preferred field (music, athletics, art, or academics). If you enter under a field on Wednesdays you are granted two class periods to take a course in this field. This allows the student to explore the field they have the most interest in at a young age. The class periods are intriguing and truly make learning fun. Outside of this program the teachers are amazing one teacher even turns her classroom into hogwarts and divides the class into the houses in the harry potter movies. The teachers are there to help and they do not hide that.

Amazing school experience in the gifted and talented classes! Parents are very involved and they have great after school activities.
Nicolas Oresko School is fantastic. My daughter goes here for the gifted and talented program and has learned so much. They have a great academic program and also a zero tolerance for bullying.

This is truly a top notch school and Principal Costello does a great job in leading the school. Wonderful experience!
