I loved, and still love, the environment that Niagara Falls High School gives it’s student. There is a place for everybody, from the vast amount of sports and clubs, to the amounts of classes we are able to take. When you want to challenge yourself, there is without a doubt a class that will do so. Kids recognize each other without even realizing, despite the fact that each class has about five hundred students. The teachers are dedicated, and want the best for the children they see as their own. If you love art, our school has every possible option, from studio art, higher level drawing and painting, printmaking, digital art, media productions, and sculpting, to the band, chorus, and theatric arts. Personally I have taken advantage of these classes, taking the most amount of art classes I could possibly fit into my schedule. I tell everybody that, despite our reputation as a city school, NFHS is one of the best communities for students I’ve ever seen.

Niagara Falls high school is a very big school with a lot of people and classes. Some of the most popular classes we offer are media production, music production, theater arts, Band, chemistry, childhood education, and more. We also have one of the best sports fields around. Although, a few things I would like to see different at my school would be the college readiness, because there is a lack of communication with that subject, and some people need a little bit more information or help with it. Another thing would be the school lunches, some of the things they offer to us students isn’t very appetizing. It’s also very repetitive.. Some days we will get leftovers from the day before. One thing I will say about my school is how amazing it is that we offer so many after school clubs and activities to the students. It not only keeps them off of the streets and out of danger, but it helps build friendship and trust with other fellow students.
I enjoy the amount of resources Niagara Falls High School has. They're extremely technologically advanced and have so many fun courses to take. Their support system for struggling students could be better, as teachers and counselors aren't well trained in mental health issues.
