The average high school experience. The best English teachers in the county. English teachers at Newcastle know what they are doing and do the absolute best on teaching and preparing you for the next phase in your education pathway. The math teachers are pretty standard, not the best but not bad either. The elective teachers are also good. The Spanish program is extremely.
The Spanish teachers know what they are doing. The school spirit is really big at Newcastle and that participation is also very good. Overall Newcastle High School is a great school in the suburbs of Oklahoma City.

My experience at Newcastle was not the greatest. The quality of the teachers was not good. Many times the teachers would quit in the middle of the year, leaving the students with no teacher for weeks. To participate in extracurricular activities, students had to pay a large fee. The facilities are extremely outdated and are too small for the amount of students attending the school.
Newcastle High School is probably the most average school somebody could choose to go to. The teachers make favorites and most do not even know how to teach their subject. Newcastle students have no school spirit most students do not even dress up for red ribbon week. What I do like about Newcastle High School is some of the teachers you can really tell they love their job and their students. The problem with that though is that it is only some of the teachers. So many teachers do not care about their students or how they do in school and it's easy to tell. When the students can see that their teachers do not even care about how they perform it is extremely discouraging.
