I graduated from New Tech in 2016. It is a great school to be enrolled in. New Tech focuses on college readiness by having their students be involved in collaborative work. Moreover, this work is project based which gives students the opportunity to be more hands on. New Tech prepares you to collaborate, create a project, and to present a project with confidence. The experience I gained from New Tech has not only helped me through college but has set me up for success in my career. It is a small school but it gives the students and teachers more room to build great relationships. You can tell that the teachers are passionate about what they teach and are not there just to collect a paycheck. They care about their students success. Overall, great school.

Overall my experience was very good now that I look back on it. I graduated almost 2 years ago, now that I go to college I realized a lot of the things I learned from New Tech I still use today. Additionally all of my college credits that I earned through dual credit really helped me have a manageable load during college. The interactive learning, and constant presentations were helped me to build a strong work ethic, and confidence when speaking to large groups.
I've had some amazing teachers at New Tech Zion Benton. They can be caring and considerate of their students, and they try to help as much as they can. The teachers try to focus on students that seem to need the most help or have trouble listening to them like they are expected to do and a lot of students take them for granted. The teachers work hard to give their students what they think will help them the best in the future and that's what New Tech is all about!
