I would like to have better administration. We have had three different superintendents and three different principals just in my three years in high school. Some rules have changed and the overall administration is poor with our newest principal. Luckily, we have been given contact through this pandemic situation but what has been given has been very vague. I would just like to see better administration.

Unfortunately my school went through some major changes right before my senior year. We lost a lot of great teachers and the spots had to be quickly filled with first year teachers and people that couldn't find a position elsewhere. The school district used to have a reputation as one of the best and now they are really struggling. However, I am really thankful for all the years (K-11) that I had access to the best public education available. I truly hope they can regain all that's been lost.
New Plymouth High is a great school. Yes, it is a smaller school but I personally think this helps with teacher involvement. The teachers here will help you with anything and will go out of their way to make sure you get the help you need.
The students here are normally happy and are very easy to get along with. The school needs to work on their lunches to make them better and make kids satisfied that they got plenty of good food to eat.
