My experience at New Mexico School for the Arts has been a dream all in one experience. Throughout my almost four years at this school, I have grown into a confident singer with a grown passion for music. I have always loved to sing but going to NMSA made my realize it is not easy. It is challenging and rewarding to follow your passion. It will leave you exposed with nothing more to share with the world because you have already given everything you have. I have found different parts of myself I never knew and have learned so much throughout my time at NMSA.
The environment is friendly and loving. The student and faculty at NMSA truly mold a family out of a school.
This school makes me proud for what it has become and what I have become. I am truly happy to finish out high school and graduate from such a spectacular school.

This school prepared me for college in every way possible. Not only did I have great academic resources, I also had the opportunity to refine my background in music. I had a very long commute, and spent long hours in school and extracurricular activities, but every second of it paid off. This school was definitely worth the time and dedication. I had excellent teachers and stellar music instructors who taught us everything we needed to know about the subjects we studied. There was a minimum GPA requirement to stay in this school, so it was very competitive and highly academic.
