Personally, I enjoyed my time at New Foundations Charter School a lot. Most people have very mixed reviews, but I enjoyed my education. I was surrounded by great teachers through all four years of school. I had opportunities to take a variety of different courses, many of which are unavailable at other schools in the surrounding area. The social atmosphere at the school is great, I participated in many sports and clubs and had a great experience. The school also made sure I was prepared for college. The college application process can be very difficult, but the counselors provided help for everybody and personally helped me through the process. The teachers made an effort to help students and get to know them personally. They simplified things when needed, and the school was always sure to hire great teachers. Overall, I had a great experience and education. I would recommend New Foundations Charter School to anyone.

I have been in New Foundations for as long as I can remember, be it the high school, or the grade school across the street. I can't say anything too negative about it. I feel safe in my school, and the education, particularly the science and math programs, is excellent. The high school provides countless resources and assistance for applying to college, and the teachers are kind and always willing to help students out. However, I do think that some clubs get overlooked, and not really given much attention in comparison to bigger clubs, like the art club or the yearbook club. In addition, I do think that the lunch could improve, but other than these issues, I think the school is a great high school to go to, and I am happy that I am able to go here.
New Foundations is a great school. My children are exposed to kids from all walks of life and have been taught to include everyone and treat all people as equals. The staff are caring, competent and truly care for their students. NFCS staff go above and beyond when teaching, tutoring or extracurricular activities. The education is top notch with hands on learning, trips and teachers thinking out of the box to really teach their students.
