The teachers and staff are absolutely amazing! The student body doesn't fall short either which made my 4 years here wonderful. I enjoyed most of my classes and the food was even great! I would love to see more freedom given to seniors seeing that they have been around longer and if trust has not been lost, deserve a bit more freedom like open lunch or opting out of study center periods. Other than that, New Albany has been a great high school and has definitely treated me well.

I have attended this district since the second grade, and throughout I have always felt challenged. The teachers are can appropriately challenge the students to learn and cultivate their minds, and in my own experience have then always been willing to help if needed. They are very qualified, and I can only recall maybe one teacher who I felt could not teach. Plus, there is lots of tolerances for differences and because of that I feel safe and comfortable to learn. School assemblies help build school spirit and community amongst one another so instead of four separate years of students, people feel more connected and really enjoy the high school experience.
I had a great experience at New Albany High School. They have a beautiful campus and an amazing group of faculty that are truly committed to helping the students do their absolute best. Occasionally, I had some teachers who were not a good fit for New Albany or for the classroom in general. I would like to see all teachers held to similar, high standards so that they can work on eliminating the faculty that is not a good fit for the school. New Albany has a lot of school spirit and offers many extracurriculars so that everyone is able to find something they are interested in. I had a great experience with New Albany.
