My time at Navarre High School was very enjoyable. Teachers were very attentive and truly wanted the best future for you. I made friends there that I continue to have and will forever cherish. Along with being an honors student, I was part of the volleyball team and boys' basketball manager so I always made myself busy. There was never a dull moment at this school. This school has an insane amount of school spirit. The only thing I believe its lacking is funding to make the education a little better, other than that, Go Raiders!
I absolutely loved my experience there! The teachers for the most part are very cool and our principle was the best; he's interactive with all students, has good energy, and really does care about our high school experience! The halls are a bit crowded (which is the reason for only 4 stars) but there are nice, new portables being built for more space! There are so many activities to enjoy, so I highly recommend this school... I know I'm going to miss it when I leave!
The majority of my time at this school was great. I enjoyed the AP classes and dual enrollment opportunites that I was able to have, however I did notice a significant lack of care for the students well-being. The less popular after school activities such as perfoming arts time and time again recieved less care and funding from the administration compared to things like football and baseball. The quality of my education was average compared to other schools in the area, but Gulf breeze high school right next to us had a FAR better arts program.
