Teaching and leading in a middle school has to be a challenge, but the teachers, coaches and administrators at Nautilus Middle deserve a round of applause. This is a well-run school that strives to meet the divergent needs of its students. These students are mentally shifting from an elementary school and preparing for high school, and Nautilus does this very well. There are problems but they deal with them ASAP.

I honestly loved the teachers I had when I was in middle school. Every school will have a group of bad apples and students that fight but in all honesty, I enjoyed my middle school years.
Like I said before, some teachers did not seem to care about their students, which made the students act however they wanted. Not much school spirit or what made the school be unified. The security of the school was not as strict. There were some cases where students could cross the street and not get noticed that they had left. I did enjoy the prom dance the school had organized for 8th graders, and there will be some teachers I will never forget. I made some friends in that school that Im still really close with and I'm grateful for that.
