National Trail High School gets my rating for one thing that stands out above the rest. The school is one of the most tight-knit communities in our area. They focused solely on being sure others reach out and request the help. The school always had a positive attitude in spite of what we faced. We pride ourselves on community and working together. Even when times where tough on both a local basis in the past along with the pressing times that plague the world during one of the final stretches of the school year. Even though the seniors including myself and 70 others had their senior year taken at the worst time, the school came to support not only us, but the entire district by providing the students with diverse lunches throughout the week. I have yet to see a school as outreaching and positive as this one.
I've been at National Trail since elementary school, and the education aspect of the school is very good, the teachers and other administration always put their best efforts forward to help every student. I think we have a very clean school district, with a good student handbook, and we have very good school spirit for things like pep rallies, homecoming, and sporting events. I think we also have a decent student body, we don't have a lot of major behavioral issues like fights or bullying.
At National Trail, we really focus on the education of the students, and the teachers are always willing to be helpful in any way possible to make sure that the students will succeed. Also, our school has many programs that help prepare the students for life outside of high school.
