Nashoba Brooks School Reviews
Our daughter started at nashoba in 3rd grade and has had an exceptional experience! She was a shy kid who lacked confidence because she struggled in our public schools. Nashoba quickly met her where she was, offered her extra support and appreciated her for who she is. She is now a confident, engaged young lady who’s learning challenges have been remediated thanks to the support she receives at nashoba. Nashoba does an excellent job preparing the girls to be lifelong learners. The focus on organization and study skills is integrated into every part of the curriculum. All-girls schools can be tricky for some but our experience has been outstanding. There is also a time and place for using technology, including smartphones and Nashoba appropriately helps girls manage their usage. If a child is homesick during a class trip, they could use the hotel phone to call home. As far as I know, there is one in every room.
I am the parent of a current student and 2 graduates of the school. My children have had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the school. NBS has been transformational for their self-confidence and academic growth, has empowered them to advocate for themselves, and has provided a safe space for them to engage in academics, athletics and the arts. They have also had the opportunity to be involved in philanthropy activities, leadership roles, class trips and more. The small class sizes and the caring faculty and staff have facilitated their academic, social and emotional growth.
I highly recommend NBS!

My daughter just graduated from Nashoba Brooks school yesterday and we were both very sad to leave such a special place. My daughter entered in 4th grade from a public elementary school and has never looked back. She has been challenged academically, has found her voice in matters of social justice, has become a confident leader and has found lifelong friendships along the way. She was able to try new sports and clubs and really felt as if she made a difference! The teachers are so caring and lovely and challenge and support the girls. Being in an all girls environment takes the drama out of middle school and the girls learn to be comfortable in their own skin. On a daily basis I would see the girls being collaborative, cooperative and kind towards each other. We were so lucky to have made this choice for our daughter. Her future is brighter because of this nurturing and challenging environment.
