At my high school I like how the teachers really put forth effort to get to know each individual student. If I am having a bad day, they notice and try to make it better. I like that the administration strives to find the best teachers for our school and the best programs available for our rural community. As for improvements, I believe our school lunches needs to contain less pre packaged foods and more homemade items. They also need to be bigger portions for growing teenagers. Right now, the teenagers are getting the same portion sizes as an elementary student.

I am very proud to have gone to Napoleon High School. When I was younger I use to always complain about the homework and how much effort I had to put into school. My friends from other schools always said, school is so easy and they never have to do anything. Now that I'm older I am completely grateful that I had to put in a lot of work at Napoleon. The education Napoleon gave me is without a doubt one of the best, and I find myself feeling sorry for my friends who didn't have to work hard. The staff at Napoleon are some of the nicest, down to earth, encouraging, and motivating people I have ever met. Now that I'm a senior, I find it very difficult to say goodbye to the people who have been pretty much my family for 13 years. I will never forget my experience at Napoleon. This is a school I have been very proud to attend, and no matter where I end up, I will always been an Imperial from Napoleon, North Dakota.
I would choose my school again because all the students and staff are one big family. We all care about each other while encouraging everyone to learn. My favorite experiences include homecoming, student council, and winning a national championship with my FFA chapter.
