Mt. Lebanon Sr. High School offers excellent academic challenges and incredible support of the arts. The majority of teachers are invested in their students' achievements, beyond the emphasis on test scores. I have no doubt that my kids will be ready for college! The lack of diversity in the student body, staff and administration is troubling.

Mt. Lebanon High School has very strong academics at many different difficulty levels (including many AP classes). It also has many very, very strong athletics and fine arts programs that allow students to explore themselves outside the classroom. We have many outreach programs that allow students to put in community service hours and connect with the community. We also have over 100 clubs dedicated to anything and everything to help students get involved. There is, however, a certain air of arrogance among the students revolving around some of the students' socio-economic class.
Overall, Mt. Lebanon provides all students with an excellent academic education. The teachers are very well qualified and are accessible to all students. Mt. Lebanon offers many challenging AP and honors classes to students in order to prepare them for college level classes. Students' learn to balance their academic careers with extracurricular, such as various athletic programs provided. They build strong friendships and connections with their peers and administrators.
