Teachers are very dedicated and go out of their way in helping the students, and help students to push towards their goals. The students and faculty take pride of their school, huskies spirit lives high and pride in each student and faculty! This school has come a long ways since I attended, all the different sports programs a student can join. To all the different academic programs a student can get involved, it’s almost like a college atmosphere! Which I guess is great, cause it kinda prepares the students for a college experience.

One thing that needs to change is how the school handles different issues that arise.

Taking away all, but one bathroom (one men’s and one women’s), is unacceptable and goes against policy. Having bathrooms that do not have functioning sinks or stalls is also unacceptable. Electing to ignore inappropriate comments made by teachers to students is wrong.

However, the current principle is amazing and besides the fact, overall, the school is average. Albeit the problems listed above, I do have to say that I have had good memories involving some of my teachers, and just getting to bond with my friends over how stressed we are, because of all of the assignments our teachers give us.
Mt. Hope High School has truly the kindest teachers. Not a single staff member has ever turned down an opportunity to talk to a student about the student's best interest. Not only do the teachers become to understand you on an educational level, but also take the time to get to know you on a personal level. Our school takes pride in each other but also shows pride throughout the Bristol/Warren towns as signs are hung in supporting our athletics and arts department. We are funded very generously with grants and these grants are put to use as our school takes educational field trips to go to museums, the theater, etc. Our Husky pride is influenced very well and both towns know it!
